At CapsuleBallet we want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return an item for a refund to the original payment method, or a replacement, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order, by e-mail at: info@capsuleballet.com

 

Please be aware that due to the nature of some items (like shoe paints and tights), we are unable to accept returns once packaging has been opened.

Please contact us if you require assistance with sizing or colour selection.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

Our Shipping Policy

How We Do It

Your order will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard, within the United Kingdom, and should arrive with you within 3-5 working days of your order acceptance date. You may cancel an order for any reason up to the point of dispatch (which could be within 24 hours), and any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 7 days to the original payment method.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately to notify us of this.

In exceptional circumstances, we may limit the value of an order or make an order subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to such a modified policy.

Our Returns Policy

Everything You Need to Know

CapsuleBallet offers free of charge returns via Royal Mail in the United Kingdom (one return label per order).

Returns should be made within 21 days of receipt of your order, and you will need to notify us, via e-mail, of your intention to return an item, within 14 days of receipt of your order at: info@capsuleballet.com

All items eligible for return should reach us within 28 days from receipt of your order, be in their original condition and unworn, and have all labels and tags still attached, and be sent along with their original packaging.

Upon confirmation of your return, we will provide, via e-mail, a printable returns label for you to affix to your packaged return. Alternatively, you may take the Quick Response (QR) code, contained within your Returns Confirmation e-mail to your nearest Royal Mail Customer Service Point or Post Office branch (services near you), where they will print your prepaid label, which you may then affix to your parcel and drop off at the same time.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

Please ensure that you post your return by the end date shown on the return address label.

The tracking number on your return label (and postage receipt) will allow you to track your return back to us. Returns are generally processed within 5 business days from receipt, and you will receive an e-mail confirmation once your return has been processed.

 

CapsuleBallet only carries dancewear garments and accessories purchased directly from the designer or atelier, with most of the garments included within our collection being handmade. By virtue of the nature of such products, whilst performance pieces, they are delicate items, often with intricate detailing that needs to be taken care of.

We recommend that you attend to laundry instructions closely as we will not accept returns of items that have been incorrectly washed or dried.

 

Please ensure that your garment is the correct size and fits you properly. CapsuleBallet offers garments from a variety of international manufacturers. Every effort is made to provide information about fit and sizing of each garment. Sizing charts displayed on each product page are supplied by the manufacturer and are not standardised across the range. We cannot accept returns of items that have been worn and where damage to the item has occurred as a result of it being ill-fitting. If you are not entirely satisfied with the item that you have ordered, we operate a Returns Policy which may be viewed here.

All available product sizes are displayed online. If your size is showing as not available, it is unfortunately out of stock. If you would like to enquire as to pre-order availability, or are interested in a new product that we don't currently carry within our collection, please contact us at: info@capsuleballet.com

CapsuleBallet offers ballet bodywear and accessories from the leading international dancewear brands. All garments are manufactured abroad and therefore lead-times for pre-ordered items may take longer. We aim to provide an accurate estimate on dispatch dates, so that you know when to expect your order.

Any contract between Us will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and all parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Acceptance of Orders

We validate your order and credit or debit card details that you submit to us, before your order can be accepted. Once that has been completed, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your Order form. Subject to further validation checks that we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled for any reason, you will be offered an alternative, or given a full refund to the original payment method.

 

We accept payments by most major credit or debit cards. Payments will be debited from you account before dispatch of your purchase. We will not be liable for any delays to your order resulting from validation checks and authorisation by your card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for the non-delivery of your order.

Pricing Information

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable. Prices displayed on the CapsuleBallet Web site, are set by CapsuleBallet and may change over time.

CapsuleBallet reserves the right to alter any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time by publishing new Terms and Conditions on this Web site.
